Questions people actually ask.

Plans & billing

What you pay for and what you can change.

Starter suits a brochure site that rarely changes. Business suits most businesses and any shop. Advanced suits sites where downtime costs real money and you want a named person on it. If you're between two, start lower — moving up mid-term is easy.

Content edits, small fixes, troubleshooting and change requests — anything beyond routine maintenance, which is included on every plan regardless of hours.

No, hours reset monthly. If you're regularly running out, moving up a plan is cheaper than buying extra hours ad hoc.

The first month is mostly cleaning up what's already there. Three months is roughly how long it takes for the benefit to be visible rather than theoretical.

Yes, any time after the minimum term. You keep every backup we hold, and we'll hand over documentation of what was configured.

Yes. Each site needs its own plan, but multi-site pricing is available — tell us how many and we'll quote it.

Access & ownership

Who holds what, and how you get it back.

A WordPress administrator account, plus hosting or SFTP access for anything at the server level. We'll ask for exactly what's needed and nothing more.

You do, entirely. Domain, hosting, plugin licences and content all stay in your name. You can revoke our access at any moment without asking us.

Often. We start with a full audit and a fresh backup so we know what we've inherited before changing anything.

Backups & security

What happens on the bad days.

Daily, stored off-site — not on the same server as the site, because a server failure would take both. We keep 30 days and periodically restore-test them.

We clean it as part of the plan. That's the point of paying monthly — you're not getting an invoice at your worst moment.

Nobody honestly can. What we can do is remove the common causes, catch a compromise in hours rather than weeks, and always have a working backup to fall back on.

Updates & speed

How changes get made, and what they achieve.

Updates are tested on a staging copy first, so it's rare. If something does slip through we roll back from that morning's backup, then work out the cause before retrying.

No — and be cautious of anyone who does. Page builders, third-party scripts and hosting all cap what’s achievable. We give you a realistic target after profiling, before you commit.

No. It changes how assets load, not how the page renders. Every template is checked afterwards to confirm nothing shifted.

Yes. If your host is genuinely the bottleneck we'll show you the response times that prove it, rather than just recommending a move.
