Four ways we look after your site.
Two are ongoing, two are one-off. Most people start with a one-off fix and move onto a plan once they see how much quieter life gets.
WordPress Maintenance
The core service. We keep WordPress, your theme and every plugin current, take daily cloud backups, scan for threats and watch uptime around the clock. Every task you're billed for comes with a written report, so you always know what was done and why.
This week
On schedule- Done Backup verified & restore-tested
- Done 6 plugin updates, staged first
- Info Security scan — clean
- Fixed Broken link in main nav
- Info Monthly report sent
WooCommerce Maintenance
Everything in the maintenance plan, plus the checks a live store actually needs. Updates get staged and tested before they touch production, because on a shop a broken checkout is lost revenue, not just an inconvenience.
- Checkout flow tested after every update Every release
- Payment gateway connection verified Daily
- Cart & coupon logic spot-checked Weekly
- Order emails confirmed sending Daily
- Staging site for risky changes Optional
- Stock & tax settings preserved Every release
Website Security
A full assessment, clean-up and hardening pass. If the site is already infected we remove the malware, find how they got in, and close it. Then we harden the database, block bad queries and put monitoring in place so it doesn't happen again.
Scan result
Clean- Pass Checksums match WordPress.org
- Pass No modified or injected files
- Fixed 2 stale admin accounts removed
- Pass No suspicious options rows
- Fixed Rate limiting enabled
Speed Optimization
Real optimisation, not a caching plugin switched on and left alone. We profile what's actually slow — usually queries, images and render-blocking assets — then fix the causes and measure the result against Core Web Vitals.
PageSpeed — mobile
Something is broken right now
Start with a one-off — security if it's been hacked, speed if it's crawling. We can fix it without you committing to anything.
Nothing is broken, and you'd like to keep it that way
A maintenance plan. It's the cheaper end of the equation — prevention costs less than recovery, every time.
You're running a shop
WooCommerce maintenance. Store-specific checks matter because a silent checkout failure is the most expensive kind of bug.
Not sure? We'll tell you honestly.
Send your site's URL for a free health check. If you don't need us, we'll say that too.
