WordPress & WooCommerce Maintenance
Updates applied and tested, backups taken and verified, uptime and security watched continuously — with a written report for every task, so nothing happens to your site that you don't know about.
Everything that keeps a site standing.
These run on every plan. The plan level changes how much support time you have on top — not whether your site gets looked after.
Updates are staged and tested before they reach your live site. That single habit prevents most of the emergencies people call us about.

Audit & backup
Before anything changes we take a full off-site backup and document what's actually installed — versions, licences, known vulnerabilities, who else has access.
Monitoring on
Uptime checks, malware scanning and daily backups start immediately, so we have a baseline before we touch a single plugin.
Catch-up run
Everything overdue gets staged, tested and pushed in a controlled batch — usually the biggest single improvement a neglected site gets.
Into the rhythm
From there it's the weekly and monthly cycle above, and the first report lands at the end of the month.
Staged, not gambled
Updates go to a staging copy first. If something breaks, it breaks where nobody can see it.
Backups that are tested
An untested backup is a guess. We restore-test so you know it will work on the day you need it.
You get told
Every task comes with a written note. No silent changes, no wondering what you're paying for.
It shouldn't, because updates are tested on a staging copy first. If something does slip through, we roll back from that morning's backup — usually within minutes — and then work out what went wrong before trying again.
We need WordPress admin access, and hosting or SFTP access for anything at the server level. You keep ownership of every account and can revoke access at any time.
Yes — that's what support time is for. Text changes, new pages, image swaps, small layout tweaks all come out of your monthly hours.
Site down, checkout failing, or a suspected compromise. Those jump the queue on every plan — the plan level affects how fast we get to everything else.
Regularly. We start with a full audit and a fresh backup so we know exactly what we've inherited before changing anything.
Hand it over and forget about it.
Plans start at $40/month. Send us your URL first and we'll tell you what shape the site is actually in.
