Profile

We baseline the site on real mobile conditions and profile where the time goes — server response, queries, assets, third-party scripts. You get the numbers before we touch anything, so the improvement is provable.

Fix the causes

Images converted and correctly sized, CSS and JS minified and deferred, unused assets dequeued where they aren't needed, slow queries rewritten or the offending plugin replaced, and bad requests eliminated.

Then cache

Page caching, browser caching and a CDN configured properly — now worth having, because they're caching a page that was already fast rather than papering over one that wasn't.

Re-measure

Same test, same conditions, side by side with the baseline. If a number didn't move, we say so and explain why rather than quietly leaving it out of the report.

No. Optimisation changes how assets load, not how the page looks. We check every template afterwards specifically to confirm nothing shifted.

Usually not. If your host genuinely is the bottleneck, we'll show you the server response times that prove it rather than just recommending a move.
